  • There will be a RUSH CHARGE added if your order is needed in less than a week when initially ordered. ​

• Any images that are artwork, logos, pictures for sublimation must be emailed to us, be a high quality image as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG 

  • The better the QUALITY the BETTER your customization will be when it is finished!

  • There will be an additional charge added if the artwork/image/logo provided needs to be fixed.

• If you are ordering a picture plaque(s) or picture frame(s) we DO NOT print out the picture. The pictures themselves must be provided by you. Printed the size that is needed for your order.

• List of names, and the wording for the plaque(s) especially in a different language must be TYPED OUT, clearly written out in the desired format/order, and EMAILED

  • Having the names typed out enables us to spell the name correctly compared to a hand written list.

• Any errors on your part or changes made after printing will cost extra to be re-printed
